Who called from 8562008099

Received a call from this number, "Debt Relief" shows on caller ID.  It is an automated dialer, I answered after 2 rings and only got silence.

Would like to know how they continue to call since my number is and has been on the federal Do Not Call list for the past 2-3 years.

Got a call from these guys, rejected it immediately.  Not sure who they are.

Same mortgage modification scam that's been calling ever since the economy tanked. It's even the same recording I've heard on at least three other numbers this year.

Also a hang-up call. I googled and they are a mortgage company wanting to assist us--we have no mortgage and we are also on a no call list.  How do you take care of such calls? They are not wanted and are a pain?
