The "story" is in needs an alternator and a window motor. More likely, it does NOT exist and is just another sack of LIES to rip us off.
If they ask for wire transfer using an "escrow" (fake) service, it is yet another twist to the Romanian base car scam syndicate who has been operating this con for over 7 years.
