Scam robo call trying to get you to switch energy company ... blocked

This number calls three four times a day, everyday this number is calling between 12 n 2, then call between 4 n seven n it is sooo annoying

CALLS ME 3-4 TIMES A DAY TOO, YUP, IT'S BETWEEN 12 & 2.  VERY ANNOYING

This number calls a few times every day.  It states press 3 to be removed but you're not removed.   They say it's for electricity supply services.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
