How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Most definitely NOT a telemarketer! They are CRIMINALS calling. They DO NOT represent a company. They want personal info so they can victimize and profit from their call!

Its a complete scam I block there number and they keep calling with different ones all the same voice mails. It's always an automated message saying "American recovery and reinvestment act permanently reducing your electric bill up to 60% through the US renewable energy program.......". I know this is a scam because I have blocked there number before, and they keep calling back with different numbers. I have blocked a total of 10 of there numbers all leaving a voice mail with the same thing.
