I am listed in the Do Not Call registry for Telemarketers. They bend the rules that allow calls under the "prior business relationship" exception. The lady starts off with something like "We noticed you have an old debt. To be honest, it's not worth it to try and collect..BUT we would like to offer you a way that we could write it off. If you will just agree to buy x  number of films..."  IF I owe them, the total owed is under $15 and at least older than 6 years.
