Who called from 8562160877

Phone number is a residence.  After a little searching, it appears to be a health insurance company.  I guess we'll be getting some of these now...

I answered because I was expecting a call from someone.  The person said it was a courtesy call from something called We Too Americans (not sure of the spelling).  Said we had accumulated over 1700 credits and she ddn't want us to lose them.  She was very polite.  i don't know what she wanted.
I googled We too Americans and got no hits.
