Solar Energy 'lead hunters'.
When I answered there was the normal 'robo-call' delay and tone, then an automated voice came on.
It introduced itself as "Lisa" calling from "Home Solar Solutions" - which of course does not really exist.
It launched into a script about providing homeowners with solar energy to reduce or eliminate their electric bills ...
Home Solar Solutions is one of many names used by illegal telemarketers (mostly located in Van Nuys, Ca) to seek homeowner leads that they sell to solar panel installers. They change fake (spoofed) phone numbers often to avoid call blockers. When their illegal telemarketing catches up to them, they change names and continue harassing us.
Fake person, fake phone number, illegal telemarketing scum.
Received a call from 856-226-3785, CallerID showing only the calling number. This call was blocked while still ringing using my call blocker device. I have added '856' to my device's block list to take care of future calls from this area code. I just assume any of these robocallers is a spoofed number nowadays.
Caller ID, "Madden Terra". I don't know that person or anyone else in the 856 area code. I didn’t answer, and the caller did not go through the prompts to bypass my call screening device.
