An Indian man identified himself as "yellow pages" looking to update business info. I thought it was legit, even though he had the address wrong. After the supposed "update", he connected me with another Indian woman for "quality-control"....this is when I belatedly became suspicious. I told her I had to go, and she hung up on me, but I hope I didn't give them any information they couldn't find themselves. Hard enough these days tryig to make a living without these predators that seem to be everywhere.
just got a call from this number for online advertising. told them no. then looked up the number and called it. it was disconnected. It was also listed for Southern States enterprises, under painters. tried to get the number from 411 for the company...it does not exist, although the online listing for the number had an address. SCAM!
Got a call from this number a week ago and told them no thank you. Now, they keep calling back and just hanging up when I answer. I have caller ID so I know it's them. They have called me 10 times in 8 days, just to hang up. What a bunch of LOSERS!!!!!!
These people call my business 2-3 times per day. We have told them every time we are not interested and suggested they call our corporate office for any further information. They try to keep whoever is unfortunate enough to answer their call on the phone and repeatedly ask questions about the business even though we've advised all employees not to answer them. We've begun just hanging up on them.
Tracked them to new jersey, there are no less than 18 businesses of all kinds registered to one address.
Only about 8 cars in the parking lot, small building with a big rig parked outside.
Obviously pulling scams of some sort. If they call me again, I know where they are. I'm on a Do Not Call list and will go after them.
