They called my house and told my daughter that I was going to jail for check fraud, after calling my home 5 times today. I got the number from my daughter and called them back and told them to stop harrassing me and don't call my house anymore, the lady was very rude and just a plain smart [***] I also asked Ms. Abigail what state is she located in she said New Jersey and I told her that if she was in my state I would hunt her down then give her the beat down then I hung up ...Don't you know she called me back and told me that she was going to get me and hung up, ok now I am really heated, then she called me back 2 more times. I didn't even listen I just answered and hung up. Then I called back to speak to the supervisor Jennifer (ghetto) Wright to inform her of Abigails behavior and she winds up being just as big of a smart [***] as Abigail and she winds up calling me back 2 more times.....what kind of company is this they won't give you the companies name they just say investigation firm.

Then I saw what my coworker was going through. I asked her for the number, thinking maybe to help her at least get the company's name. No dice, They were rude to me too. Jennifer told me that they were an investigative company for felonies. Ooookaaaay, that screamed scam all over it. Police would never employ a civilian "company" to preform any task related to a felony charge of uddering. When I asked again for the full name of the company she got aggitated and said she hoped the police were on their way to arrest me! That's funny, I called them. They don't even know who I am or my number. That said it all. SCAM!!!!
This is a company using illegal tactics to collect a debt on illegal loans. You will not go to jail they will not go to your house or work.they will not charge you with a felony.they also use the names joseph and joseph, dss, arbitration something or another. Answer them calls and ask for an address they hang up because they know they are illegal. Then google your states wiretapping laws and the next time they call record them or at least say you are. They will hang up. Good luck and have fun with it.

My family members received a call indicating that I am under investigation. I can"t believe they would actually call people affiliated with you make fraudulent accusation.
I got the same message. If this was a true investigation, then they would mail the information to your home instead of calling to harass you. This is crazy
Someone named Abigail left a voicemail on my phone about a lawsuit against me for Loan.com
and also called my family members telling them that if I didn't take care of this matter I would be arrested.
So when I called them back she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about when she was the one that called and left a message on my phone and she asked me did I know the case number. She was the one that left the message on my phone with a case number but pretended like she didn't know the case number. So I told her that I was gonna call my lawyer and report her and she hung up the phone.
