Who called from 8562491030

I didn't pick-up. The CallerID said RELIEF FUND - so I knew it was a scam. If it calls back - and there's a person - I'll blow them with my 10-mile emergency boat-horn I keep by my phone.

scam - my message machine turns on after 2 1/2 rings, scam calls always rings 5 times, so I can always tell a scam call. This one rang 5 times. I never answer, except when a familiar caller is on caller ID.

Some company begging for money.

I got a call from that number and also live in Ohio but it was at 4:40 am!!  It rang once and hung up.  Not happy.

Call came in at 4:40am!!  Bad enough they are scammers but then to call at that time!
