I looked this up in the white pages reverse directory free service. The number belongs to Level 3 Communications in Laurel Springs, NJ.

What does that mean? They have called me twice in the last 24 hours.

The same old scam we will lower you CC rates. The only thing they will lower is your money if you give them your credit card number. When will these scams stop.
