This number called me twice last night, once at 10:07 PM and again at 3:14 AM. Return calls only come up with the message "Due to network difficulties, your call cannot be completed at this time."

This number keeps calling me later and later everyday, and there is two other numbers that are doing it. Does anyone know what I should do to make it stop??
Another idiot caller who tag teams with (260)271-1979. One ring, no one there, 2:30 a.m. Call back and get a fax machine. Reported them to DoNotCall.Gov. Next call goes the the police and *57 with the phone company. Don't owe money, so it's not creditors. So these malcontents have no business waking my kids at 2:30. Let's see how they like a nice, hefty fine.
