Who called from 8562830091

Another random call from unknown out of state number (rather than a spoofed local number) that hangs up on voice mail.
Calling back from Skype gives a VRU that doesn't identify the company and asks for the number they called to "properly route your call."

Unknown caller. Left no voice mail message. Caller ID says New Jersey. Don't have a clue.

I did not answer the call, no voice message was left by the caller. So not sure what the call is about.

Real people leave voice messages. So I'm guessing it's a Telemarkerter.

I just got a call from this number 20 minutes ago.  I called it back.  It's Comcast.

This caller left no message and I had no clue who it was and dont answer those. If it is a robocall and they hear voicemail they hang up for sure now.  Probably part of new scam to get your voice recorded saying your name and saying the word yes or ok so they can use it to open a credit card or scam yours that they know based on recent data breaches
