They called on 9-27-14 3:16pm Out of Area I called back on my cell and blocked my number after an initial recorded message a female said it was a college and they called because someone wanted info even though they didn't leave a message. Called again on 9-28-14 Sunday at 12:36 PM I called using my blocked cell and received a message saying the feature you are trying to use is not recognized or not available dial 611 or on a landline dial 1800-331-0500 for assistance. I called from my blocked house phone & it was a fast busy. I unblocked my house phone and the it was a message about campaign press one to get off list 2 for a message. I pressed 2 and said stop calling my house. White pages lists it as being from "Level3 VoIP in Camden, NJ"
