Just FYI, the DNC works fine but it's only for telemarketers. Surveys are exempt. And what makes you think it will "soon be eliminated"? Where did you get that information?
They called to ask for my opinions on the election. I said I was not interested in doing survey. The lady insisted that their research is good for the community. They started asking for my birth year. That's when I realized they were trying to collect personal info. I told her that this was too much as far as privacy concerns and hang up. She called back again. I turned off the phone immediately. DO NOT give out your personal info.
I look up this site when I get a call from a number I don't recognize. Thanks for posting for all to see. It'd be nice to see our gov't do something to get rid of this scourge, or at least take it down 10,000 notches. It's a real waste of people's time, and some people are getting ripped off, too. The person who invents a way to send something bad back to the people/company making these calls will get my 'vote'.
