Until today, I've successfully combatted callers like this by listening for about 5 seconds...and then suddenly screaming as loud as I can in a very high pitch. Neighbors from two houses down have come to see what's happening. I haven't gotten repeat callers.
Today I decided to make it easier on myself. I picked up a simple whistle, which I'll blow as loudly as possible directly into the mouthpiece.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. We were not aware of this problem and stopped using there services. We are family owned practice and do not wish to cause anyone any ill will towards our company.
