Who called from 8562955698

This number called and hung uo when I answered.

I got a phone call from this # as well and they hung up when I called back. What's up with that????

Got a call this morning. When i called back, the robot voice told me, "This is a subscriber line, and we do not recognize your phone number." When prompted to enter a phone number to remove it from the subscriber database, I did so. Robot voice asked for "up to 7 business days to remove this number."

What IS this thing?

Caller ID said " Legal SVC WCA.  Answered (why, I don't know)  and got no response but connection was still there.  I hung up.

This number called for the first time today. I called back and it was for exclusive offers...but it said I was not eligable...plus it said it didnt recognize my phone number.
