Ya I get calls from this number a lot during the week, its really irritating.

called my work phone; i didn't answer; they left no message.

they call everynight at 7:35 pst but leave no message

I actually believe that they are a collection agency that Bank Of America sells theyre delinquent accounts to once the account has been closed out and reported to checks system.
