I get that call as well it came as 404-891-5688 and 786-358-6990. I never answered any of the calls, if the call is important, then they should leave a message. What is the no-call-list for, if it does not work. Hell, they are not the only ones who call.
I don't think they are based in New Jersey. They could be based anywhere in the country or world for that matter. I have received repeated calls from WCA. I have requested multiple times to be put on their do not call list and they still call. They call from the number 502-225-1077 and also 270-220-0216 and apparently a New Jersey area code as well.
