I actually made an attempt at talking to someone to inform them that this cell number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST, but I waited until the end of the message, pressed 1 as directed and waited to talk for 1min. No one answered.

I also received a call from this number on my cell phone. I don't answer it when I don't recognize the number and I'm on a no solitation list as well. I wish they would stop calling!!
