Second call I've received from an 856-313- number that I don't recognize. I've seen phishers/scammers try to get you to pick up by spoofing calls so they look like they're from your town... but 313 is a cell phone extension used throughout South Jersey. I'm not likely to pick up for some random cell phone calling me.
