I got a call today but I was outside.

I got two calls from them in two days (10/7 and 10/8) on my cellphone. They left a message telling me my Comcast high speed access had been violated and to call them at 856-324-2025. I did. Long wait and no person to talk with. So I hung up. -- Today they called again & left a message. -- I called Comcast to check. They have no record of the caller. Hmmmm.

That is comcasts anti-abuse number. Regular support might not have access or see what that department does.

I got the same voice message only they said that my computer may be infected with a virus and want me to call to take care of it. It smelled fishy to me. I mean how would they know I have a virus? I have virus protection. I'll wait and see if they call again.

I got a call today letting me know my computer had a Virus. They wouldn't know, I canceled Comcast 2 weeks ago.
