Just received text from this number: "Hey :)". Probably some loser/degenerate/thief, incapable of attracting anyone with honesty and sincerity, on a phishing expedition.
I received a text message from this number and I do not know who it is. When I tried to call it, it just rang and had a strange voice mail where you could not leave a message. Then received a text right after saying "oh sorry i have no signal ;("
