It's a bill collector for credit cards. I'm having a rough time paying them and they know this but keep calling. If you can't pay the bill, you just have to deal with these folks calling you. I know I own them money, they don't need to call to remind me.
For the past six months or so, I have received a fair amount of collections calls from this company and others. They were all looking for my ex-husband of over 3 years. We haven't spoke since he stood up his son on Christmas day 2010, nor do I want to. The most recent of these calls was just a few hours ago, and from this #.
I was as polite as possible when they called . I gave them the phone number of my ex's newest spouse's parents home, where he was known to last reside. As I said, I've been pretty understanding for a while now, but every time I get one of these calls, they promise to remove my number as a possible contact; yet, I continue to receive calls. I personally have NO debt, so why am I the one who's harassed, just because of my ex and his new wife's childish-inability to manage their own finances?!?
Any advice or suggestion as to how one show deal with his company and/or #, given my circumstances?!?!
