Dr's Office coded my visit incorrectly and tried to bill me for a specialist visit.  Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield would not pay entirely for visit.  I told them to correct the mistake and to rebill my insurance.  Waiting for the letter that this was corrected.  Not the first time this happened.
