This # was given to my husband's friend for us to call about health insurance. I called and they sounded professional, and said "Why, lets get you signed up now, you will have full insurance by Jan.1. I never recieved anything from them ie.ins.card. so I called back. It is very hard to get through, and I was even laughed at when I asked to speak to Ann, who I spoke to before. After another call, her name was "mary", assured me I would get my information, and gave me the numbers I needed to get my RX's filled. My last call to them, all this is was just in one week, I was told I did not have any RX benefits. I asked about the "enrollment fee" plus the 2 payents they had taken from my account. They told me a company named SMART DATA SOLUTIONS takes out the money. If anyone knows who these people are or their #, please repond. Please call 1-866-201-3343 x107 her name is Carol, she is the one who originally took all our information. Then she gave me the customer #1-856-374-1599. Needless to say, i can not get a "human" voice on the phone, just recordings, or the infamous "push 1 to speak to.."
