Who called from 8564297153

Calls no one responds when I answer. If I call number goes to a mailbox.

I missed the call but received a voicemail. The only thing recorded was 'bye'. The voice was female but automated (machine). No clue what the call was about at this time. It did not sound hostile in tone if that helps. :)

This number calls me and does nothing but a piercing beep in my ear

same for me.  calls me constantly, leaves an automated message in a female's voice saying, "goodbye".

I get a call once a day from this number and only get an automated "goodbye" attempted to call back but get a busy tone as if I called a fax number.
