These are US based credit card scammers they called me they are younger middle aged black females attempting to steal credit card information over the phone from older people. they might be spoofing the number or if they are really as dumb as they sound this number could be their number. they are noobie scammers just block their calls they will be in jail soon enough they dont sound very smart
