I also continue to get these calls notwithstanding signing up for the "Do Not Call" list. Here's a trick to help. Every time I get a call like this I enter it into my contacts as "DNA- #" That is shorthand for "Do Not Answer" I then search "DNA" in my contacts for the last number I used and add it. Right now I am up to "DNA-9". Simple system that I have found very helpful.
I do receive the same call several times. Each time I am asked to confirm my address, I asked "how did you get my phone number to begin with?" They immediately hanged up on me without an answer. That's tell me the business is not legitimate and they are misleading consumers by saying that Congress recently approved this company to help you save 60% of your electrical bill. I am tired of telemarketers violating my Do Not Call list.
