Just had a VERY annoying call from this number. I stupidly answered the phone despite not recognizing the number thinking it might be someone I know as opposed to a telemarketer.   What I got on the other end was a zombie reading off a cuecard telling me about some kind of carpet cleaning sale who  would NOT stop talking despite my trying to get him to shutup.  The only thing I could do was to scream over him talking to PUT ME ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST and then hangup on him.  It did not sound like a recording and was  the rudest telemarketing approach I've ever heard.  Other than this I've never had one that won't stop reading their spiel no matter what you say trying to interrupt them.
