I been receiving calls from this number and decided to call to find out who/what they were interested in... it's a collection Agency and getting to an operator seems to be rather tricky. The automated service asks you to confirm the identity they have for the number you're calling from, in this case, it was someone I do not know, then from there you access other options. Unfortunately I do not know the exact path but I did end up speaking to someone who, once telling the person I was not this stranger and that they have the wrong number, removed my number from the person's file.
That is dumb. I have had my phone number for over 2 years now and just started getting these phone calls. I owe no debt to anyone. my only bills right now are cell phone and car insurance. They still leave no voice mail. guess they like wasting time.
