Answered the phone with no one on the line at first then heard heavy breathing but still no voice.  I let it go for approx 60 seconds or so then hung up.  Been getting calls from this particular number and others with the last four numbers a few higher or lower(as in 8114 or 8809 or ....) for the last 3 months.  Never any voice or any message left on voicemail or answering machine.  Absolutely no idea who these people are or what their purpose is.
