repeated calls, never leaves a message.

receive calls from this number everyday.  never leaves a message. i never answer unless i know the number.  on the do not call list.

Calls several times each day with a mortgage offer. When I call back to be removed from their calling list message indicates that this number is not in service.

Auto dialing my cell phone multiple times per day, how do I sue for this crap?

This is a recorded message about home loans and lenders being overwhelmed. Prompts usually say to press 1 to speak with someone or 3 to be removed from the list. No amount of pressing 3 will get you removed from the list.

Press one and speak to a live person and tell them that you want to be removed from the call list. Make sure you take the name and ID # (badgeno) of the person you speak with so that you can report them if they do not comply.
