Who called from 8565852500

Called and asked for my mother.  When I asked who this was caller said "never you mind"!  "I'll call back later"!  When I responded "the hell you will" he hung up.  I called back and unbelievably the number is not in service!  "Who woulda thunk it?"  Scumbags!

Harassing phone calls called twice 1 hour saying they are from solar panel company

"hello" (you can hear people in background speaking different language) and then a hang up

I didn't anwer, they left no message

Many calls, hang ups when I tell them I'm on the DNC, they call back anyway
