Make one wonder "Why"... Why waste a call if one hasn't anything to say? What is the point..? Some might say to "test" the number... for what? I assure you, if it's from a Bill Collector, they want to get their message out to anyone that will listen. Same deal with telephone sales. It is mind boggleing at times. We just add them to our Spam list and block the calls entirely.
