Some young woman calling about TV Guide magazine. I did not appreciate her acting all familiar with me by calling me by my first name (but probably not smart enough to pronounce my last name ... lol). She asked if I was getting my TV Guide magazine and if it came intact. I did not answer that question, because if one states "yes" then the next thing one knows, one is being charged for another subscription. I just told her that I was NOT interested (with a bit of an inflection in my voice ... as I was annoyed by this call). This woman was a bit of a sarcastic b*tch and responded "Okay" with the same inflection. At that point, I just stated "Not interested. Goodbye." This 856-619-8656 is going on my reject list. I do not have time for their parlor games and the TV Guide magazine isn't all that.
Received two calls from Fine Cooking Magazine inquiring about subscription. I asked them to explain how I began receiving magazines since I did not initiate. The call was terminated by the magazine representatives. I called the number back and discovered the number was not in service.
