This actually wasn't a call, it was a text message.  I got it twice over the period of a week or so while also getting various calls from other (856) numbers that left no message.

The messages were:
this is bob at the lending center please call me
this is bob at the lending center give me a call

I'm wasn't dealing with any "lending centers" so this was an obvious solicitation.  I made no attempt to respond to the caller.  I have no idea who it is, and I don't really care now that they've stopped trying to contact me.
