I virtually never get junk calls on my cell phone, but this call came through at 5:18 today (no message, now blocked), and another call came through four days ago from a similar 856-625-2584.  The 856-625-2584 call had a truncated voicemail that said, "... press 1 now.   To be placed on the do not call list, press 2 now."
