The good news is it's a real phone number you can call. And report. I spoke to someone who said his name was Jeff and the company is Outreach. They are soliciting people to work for them to make telemarketing calls for charities. When I asked about the legality of them robocalling me to see if I wanted a job he went all weaselly and said I was wasting his time then he hung up on me.
