Who called from 8566373136

Got a call from these jerks.  Used *69 to call them back and I got a recording of what I said

robo call, no msg,  BLOCKED

Listed as Blackwood, NJ on my caller ID, called asked for donations for "police" fundraiser, if could donate $10 or $15, and they'll send you a sticker and receipt. Wasn't sure how legit this was, so I just said NO. I would not advise sending money over the phone, just not safe.
