Who called from 8566383000

They left no message

Recieved call to cell phone this number twice with only a couple of beeps when answering

They called a relative's house asking for me claiming to be Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NJ

Nurse with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NJ informing of Health Coaching Benefits.

I didn't recognize the number so I let my cell phone ring in the hopes that if it was important/legitimate they would leave a message (I pay for ALL calls to/from my cell phone, but not messages.)  They didn't.... All I can find out is that they're with Verizon and that it's a land line. Not very helpful.
