Recieved a call from this number. They asked for me. I asked who was calling as it was an unknown number. The man replied he was David Allen calling form New Jersey and asked if I would take a message for two people that do not live at my address. I told him that the people do not reside at this addy and that I would not take a message. He persisted and asked if I cared about my "brother" (I guess he thinks that one of the people he asked about was my brother)? I replied, very rudely, that I didn't care for harassing phone calls. He then asked me what my problem was. I told him he must have the problem since he didn't mind calling people and harassing them. He then told me that I have a potty mouth and asked when do I go back to school because I have alot to learn. He then hung up.

My daughter received a call from this number claiming to be collecting on behalf of Balley's (her contract had been terminated). They threatened her, intimidated her with lawsuits, garnished wages etc... but for $400 now and $600 in two months, Balley's would settle. She gave them her card number. Then spoke to me. I told her to call Balley's find out if they were legit, tell them she'd take her chances in court since the contract was terminated etc.... Today they called back saying her card was denied. She told them she changed her mind, the girl said "oh" and hung up.
Received a call which came up "unknown", on the voicemail the man claimed to be Bill Nicholson & stated that he had tried calling on various occasions only to reach the voicemail "again". He was very authoritative & sounded like an attorney, which was probably meant to scare us into calling. He stated that he would like to hear "my side of the story" regarding a file number ******, that had come across his desk. I have no intention of calling him back.
