i haven't had a loan or any debt in 8 years. why would they call me?? should i be nervous that they have my ssn? they should not have even been able to get my cell number. they are private and technically unlisted.
I keep getting a call from 856-668-4520. I finally answered to ask them to stop calling. No one answered. MSM appears to be a marketing company. Wish I could report them!
I am not the person they are seeking, do not know the person, and have never heard of the person. They have called numerous times, have gone through menu, talked to rep., written letters to the Texas attorney general, have had long talks with AT&T for a possible solution to these calls, but still they call. The only solution offered is to change your telephone number!
If anyone enters a class action lawsuit for harassment or whatever, please leave info on this board!

This number (856 668 4520) has been calling non stop for two months. Everytime we pick up the phone there is no one on the other end. We just let the machine get it now and still no message! Wish I could get the harrassment to stop. It's one thing to call for debt collection, but to call and just have silence on the other end is annoying!!
Getting calls from this number 2x daily for months now. It is Monarch Recovery and they are very rude. They called my parents who are in their late 80s and harassed them. I live on SS and cannot pay their creditor at this time. Had bad luck with investments 2 yrs ago and lost just about everything. They still want me to set up payments with them and they call me everyday. I am writing down the names of the people calling me & I am going to try to get their home numbers in Philadelphia and start harassing them. Wish that was possible. Wrote complaint to FTC and guess only way to stop them is to file bankruptcy.
