answered phone and they hung

Called on 4/18 nobody there- when I call back it's always busy. Suspect it's the group that asks for money for NJ police widows. They always have Caller ID from different NJ cities - this time it's Camden, last time it was Asbury Park. They disregarded my request to be put in their Do Not Call List

There is no message from the caller. After I said "hello" the person on the other end said "thank you" and hung up.
