The number showed up on my caller id but there was not a name..... They harrass and continue to call over and over and over again... This phone number is out of Camden, NJ. I plan to get a lawyer to file a suit against this agency. They use harrasement as a way to get you to break down. They use ugly tactics like saying that you will become homeless because they will take your house away and everything that you own. I have a child so yeah, they got what they wanted. They scared me half to death.. After I realized that they could not take this things away from me, due to the fact that I live here in Texas, I have decided to get a lawyer and file a complaint against them.
She identified herself as Courtney and asked for Christopher. I said thats my husband what do you want with him and she said it was a personal matter, and everything I asked her she just blew me crap and said it was personal with him and I said Ha I've been divorced from him for 20 years what are you doing calling my house and she said he gave her my number and I said he wouldn't do that and told her to quit calling or I was going to call the police. ( This was like the 3rd or 4th call from this place but the first one that I was actually home to answer). She told me to go ahead and call the police and she just continued to over talk me and blow me a bunch of crap. VERY HARASSING!!!! Then I hung up.
When I wasn't home they left messages for Christopher to call 888-370-4061 ext. 22047 and the other extension was 22175 for Dan Cook
Courtney was very mean and harassing. How could someone work for this company and be like that!!!!
240-210-7079 is supposedly a cell phone in MD and the call back number 888-370-4061 belongs to West Asset Management, not in MD or DC or New York, but in NE and they have 3 office phones 402-392-4625, 402546-7075 and 402-682-6100. They are also registered in each state they do business with a registered agent that will accept service. If you are getting calls in error, call them or file suit.
