This is a company that is handling claims filed by a propane company - I just spoke with Jeannette Russo and, while she wasn't very nice to begin with, got nicer over the course of the phone call.
While I also received a call from the same party at this same number, she also called all my relatives about a matter that was personal. She tried to hide behind the FDCPA...guess what by calling third parties party who is not authorized..she is in violation. Also would like to know how she got all these peoples numbers when they were not only unauthorized, but all have unlisted numbers. Jeanette Russian..think its time to report you.
Received a call from them on Monday(10/28/2013) saying their name was Jack Smith with Jack Smith Law Firm. they also called my place of work on the same day. When I returned their call, they proceeded to act like they were reading a legal document regarding a criminal case against me. They were trying to get me to pay money for an online loan that they said I had supposedly applied for as well as received a direct deposit for. When I notified them I have never received any money and that I can prove it with bank statements, they just said they will see me in court. I told them they can take me to court and if they do be prepared for a countersuit for breaking federal law from contacting my work place as well as my family and friends. They called me Wednesday saying a different name and when I confronted them, they hung up on me.
