Call asking me to accept a incoming call.. he was from another country.. Indian

Someone called me and hand-up. Then I called him back and he did not want to tell me who is he, but he wants my name. NO WAY.

they keep call. i dont answer i call the number back and they put me on hold and it goes to a voice mail.

I keep getting a call every morning for my husband and when I say he is handicapped and to send me a letter they hang up!

I am not sure who is calling but they are calling a couple of times a day and I am on the do not call list.
