They just called me asking for someone by first and last name, without saying anything of who was calling. When I told them that I believed they had the wrong number, the lady asked if I was sure, then asked if I knew the person, as apparently my number was listed as a contact (she did not, however, know my name - only, apparently, my number).
How tacky. My stepsons grandma who lives in the south must ahve given some bill collector "MY" phone number to reach her.....I guess shes not paying her bills....next time try to call her daughter in Cal! She may not pay ners either...but her EX pays!!!
I got a call from this number looking for a person I sold a house to over 5 years ago. Why would they call me? Even if I DID know where this person was I wouldn't give them the info. That is not my job.
