I received a call from an agent that was nice in the beginning until she found out I couldnt make a payment today. Her demenor became different, very angry, rude, disrespectful and talked over me. she then said she didnt have any regards to me, after I ask her to stop yelling over me. I wish to receive no more calls from these people. Sadly to say, I was willing to make out agreement or some sort.

My suggestion is to have your father contact the office and ask for me by name. I DO work for SRS and Associates as the Director of the Partial Payment Department, and would rather help him resolve this than have the client enforce remedy to a situation which could balloon.

These people are starting to harras me for my dad as well. I haven't spoken to that dousch bag in over 3 years. His credit is his credit! Why are you people now [***] with me? It looks as if they are choosing peoples syblings and locating them to harras them. I smell a class action lawsuit. Count me in! Stop calling me you sorry pieces of [***]!
these people are rippoffs. I was stupid enough to give them money in oct 09 after they threatened i would be arrested. they continue to call and threaten me without any action. these people need a grand jury to stop the illegal practice they continue on many people per online research i have done.
