If you are like me, they will call you daily until you donate and even after requesting politely not to be contacted as you are not willing to donate, most likely you will still continue to receive calls. I suggest adding a contact (caller ID) in your phone for both numbers that reads "Do Not Answer". This contact I created in my phone has been my saving grace for avoiding these phone calls.
